Sadie von Sahms is a gorgeous 5 year old German Shepherd. This sweet girl with the nearly-strawberry-blonde coat takes life in stride and enjoys every day.  Liking both children and small dogs, she walks easily on leash and ignores barking dogs and belching buses.  Housebroken and with a medium energy level, she takes treats delicately from your hand (and chews with her mouth closed) – so mannerly.  Her favorite game is hide-and-seek, whether it’s with you or an object you have concealed from her. We think she is one of those wonderfully-adaptive dogs who will fit into nearly any home. She was very much loved by her previous "mom", but she was in a horrible car accident that left her with no legs, a broken neck and back. At least we can do something to ease her burden when she wakes up. We hope we will have some good news for her about Sadie being well taken care of. Sadie is at the rescue now and is ready to meet you!
